Hi There, this is my very first post on this blog which I decided to make about...three minutes ago. Mmh. I wonder what to show in this first one. I made several DIY works around the house and I thought it would be a good idea to share them with the world, since this is becoming more and more popular ! Here is the more recent project:
- The upstairs bedroom - Before and after. Upgraded to a double bed, which seems a little big for the room but, for this country's standards is "fine, sure" !And since it took me a good bit of sweat to push the mattress up the roof of the near extension and then trough the narrow window, it's definitely staying in there! The headboard is made with the wood I removed from the wall and a small cot mattress that was never used.
The two fitted cabinets were actually very very mouldy! Thank goodness for getting rid of them.  The style is still marine, but a bit more modern and fresh and very very clean!Bye bye mould!
